Reconfiguration 83, cyanotype collage, 2024. This work explores themes of gestation, bodily autonomy, and reproductive rights through the merging of skeletal and botanical forms. Using alternative photographic processes, the piece visualizes the entanglement between human reproduction and the more-than-human world, questioning hierarchies of care and control over bodies. Contact Zone 20 | Mixed media on canvas | 24x16 Inches | 2025 Figurative hybrid painting merging human form with botanical elements through layered acrylic. This feminist ecological artwork explores interspecies entanglement and the dissolution of boundaries between human and more-than-human worlds. The composition features a seated figure transformed through organic matter—yellow-green foliage emerging from the crown, delicate blue butterflies, and swirling marbled patterns that suggest both flesh and earth. Created through experimental techniques including acrylic pouring, the work investigates themes of embodiment, transformation, and our interconnection with the natural world.
